Yash Textile Machines Pvt. Ltd. manufactures automatic fabric folding machines, fabric plaiting machines, automatic roll packing machines, roll handling systems and fabric sorting machines in India and exports them directly to Russia. We have been building textile machinery since 1999 and our machines are running in textile mills and fabric processing units across Russia and the CIS region.
Russian textile mills face the same pressure that mills across the world face. Output targets go up, skilled workers become harder to find, and the cost of manual fabric handling keeps rising. Our automatic folding, plaiting and packing systems are built to solve exactly these problems. They reduce headcount in the fabric handling and packing department, increase throughput per shift and produce consistent, auditable output that meets international buyer quality standards.
We export our machines to Russia regularly. We work with freight forwarders experienced in India to Russia logistics. All our machines are configured for 380V 50Hz power supply which is the standard across Russia. We provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test certificate and installation manual for Russian customs clearance.
Our automatic fabric folding machine takes fabric directly from the processing line and folds it to a precise pre-set length. The fold count and fold length are controlled digitally so every piece produced is identical. The machine handles woven fabrics including plain weave, twill, poplin, canvas, satin, denim and all standard woven constructions. Fabric folding machines are designed for woven fabrics and run independently as standalone units. They can also be integrated into an automated line based on the customer requirement.
Russian woven fabric mills and cut and sew operations use our folding machines to replace manual folding teams and to produce consistent folded fabric pieces for retail packaging or garment cutting.
Our fabric plaiting machine layers woven fabric in neat, uniform stacks ready for cutting or shipment. The machine eliminates the variation that comes with hand plaiting and significantly reduces time at the garment cutting table. Plaiting machines handle woven fabrics and run as standalone units. They can be automated into a complete fabric handling line based on production volume and customer requirement.
Textile mills supplying woven fabric to garment factories in Russia and export markets use our plaiting machines to speed up batch preparation and reduce manual labour in the fabric department.
Our automatic roll packing machine wraps fabric rolls in stretch film to protect them from moisture, dust, contamination and rough handling during storage and transport. The machine handles fabric widths from 600mm up to 3600mm. Production capacity is 100 to 120 rolls per hour. The machine can be customised to match different roll sizes, roll weights, packing film specifications and output labelling requirements.
The packing machine is a standalone unit. It is also the core component of a complete fabric roll handling line where it is integrated with the inspection machine, roll handling conveyors and sorting systems.
A complete fabric roll handling line from Yash Textile Machines includes a fabric inspection machine, an automatic roll packing machine, roll handling and sorting systems and integrated software for roll tracking and reporting. The line is designed to take fabric from the inspection station through to the finished packed and labelled roll ready for dispatch, with minimal manual intervention.
The software module logs every roll, records inspection results, assigns roll IDs, generates batch reports and interfaces with customer ERP and WMS systems. We design the line layout to match your factory floor dimensions and production flow.
Our roll handling systems transport finished rolls from the inspection or processing area to the packing station without manual lifting. The system uses motorised conveyors, roll tilters and roll transfer stations to move rolls safely and continuously. This reduces both fabric damage from manual handling and injury risk for workers.
Our fabric sorting machine separates rolls by shade batch, fabric length, fabric width or quality grade. For Russian textile mills supplying multiple customers with different specifications, automatic sorting removes significant complexity from the dispatch and warehousing process and eliminates the risk of mixing shade lots before shipment.
Russia imports textile machinery from Europe, China and India. Each source has a different profile and different trade-offs.
European machinery is built to a high standard. The price is also high, typically 40 to 50 percent more than an equivalent Indian machine for the same specifications. Spare parts lead times from European suppliers to Russia are long, often three to six weeks for non-stocked items. For a mill running continuous shifts, this creates operational risk every time a component needs replacing.
Chinese machinery is available at low prices. Many Russian mill managers report shorter machine service lives and inconsistency in build quality between orders. Technical support after the warranty period is limited for most Chinese suppliers.
Indian textile machinery has established a strong reputation in the Russian market over the past decade. Machines from Yash Textile Machines are built for high-volume continuous operation in commercial textile mills. Our pricing is typically 40 to 50 percent lower than comparable European brands for equivalent specifications. Our machines are designed and manufactured in India, which means faster spare parts response, clearer technical communication and a manufacturer that actively supports its export customers.
We export fabric folding, plaiting, packing and roll handling machines to Russia on a regular basis. Here is how the process works.
After you confirm the order and make the advance payment, we begin production. Standard machines take 8 to 12 weeks to manufacture. Custom configured machines or complete lines take 10 to 16 weeks depending on complexity. We give you a confirmed production schedule with your order confirmation.
We ship from Mumbai port. Sea freight to Russian ports takes approximately 25 to 35 days depending on your destination city. We work with freight forwarders who are experienced in India to Russia shipments and who understand the documentation requirements for Russian customs clearance.
We provide all export documents with every shipment including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, test certificate, installation manual and wiring diagrams in English.
“All machines exported to Russia are configured for 380V 50Hz three phase power supply. This is the standard industrial electrical specification across Russia. The configuration is confirmed and documented at the time of order and all wiring diagrams are included with the shipment.”

Our automatic roll packing machine handles fabric widths from 600mm up to 3600mm. The production capacity is 100 to 120 rolls per hour. The machine can be customised to match your specific roll dimensions, roll weights, packing film type and labelling requirements. Contact us with your production volume and roll specifications and we will confirm the right configuration for your mill.
Yes. A complete fabric roll handling line from Yash Textile Machines includes a fabric inspection machine, an automatic roll packing machine, roll handling and sorting systems and integrated line management software. The software tracks every roll, records inspection data, generates batch reports and can connect to your ERP or WMS system. We design the line layout to fit your factory floor and production flow. We also supply individual machines if you do not need a complete line.
Both folding machines and plaiting machines run independently as standalone units. They do not need to be part of a larger line to function. However, they can be integrated into an automated fabric handling line based on your production requirement and floor layout. We assess your setup and recommend the right configuration during the enquiry stage.
