The woven fabric inspection machine handles plain weave, twill, satin, poplin, canvas, and all standard woven constructions. The machine runs fabric over a bright LED light panel at consistent tension. Inspectors can clearly see weaving defects, yarn contamination, holes, stains and broken threads as the fabric moves through at 10 to 25 metres per minute. The digital counter records every metre of fabric inspected and calculates defect penalty points per 100 square yards automatically.
Denim is one of the biggest fabric categories in Bangladesh. Our denim inspection machine is built with a reinforced steel frame and higher torque drive to handle the weight of large denim rolls, some of which reach 150 kg or more. A standard woven machine cannot handle that weight without the roll stand flexing and the fabric running unevenly.

Our automatic fabric roll packing machine wraps rolls in stretch film to protect them from moisture, dust and rough handling during storage and transport. The machine can be connected to a roll labeller and integrated with your ERP system so every roll that goes out the door is logged, labelled and traceable.

Yes. Every machine we make comes with a digital counter that supports the 4-point system. The counter shows total metres inspected, running defect points, and points per 100 square yards as the inspection runs. The inspector knows immediately when a roll is getting close to the AQL 2.5 limit of 28 points per 100 square yards. The machine can generate a roll report at the end of each inspection run for your buyer audit records.
The fabric inspection machine designed for knits can handle both knit and woven fabrics but not vice versa. A woven machine cannot run knit fabric because the tension system will stretch it and give wrong yardage readings. If your factory works with both fabric types, the knit machine is the right choice.
