Indonesia produces two main categories of fabric. Woven cotton is the backbone of Bandung and West Java. The mills there run cotton shirting, poplin, twill, gabardine and denim at scale. The garment export factories in Tangerang, Bekasi and the greater Jakarta area run on knit fabrics, mainly single jersey, interlock and fleece.
We make a dedicated machine for each. The woven fabric inspection machine has a heavy duty frame, tensionless fabric feeding and handles rolls up to 300 kg. The knit fabric inspection machine has a lower tension path so the fabric does not stretch or distort during inspection and rolling.
Both machines are available with motorised drive, variable speed controller, electronic edge sensor for automatic alignment and a digital metre counter with auto stop. If your factory supplies garments to international buyers like H&M, Primark or Zara, you need a machine that supports the 4 point inspection standard. Our machines have a built in 4 point counter for this.

After inspection, every fabric roll needs to be wrapped before it leaves the mill. Most mills in Indonesia are still doing this by hand. That means two or three workers per shift, inconsistent wrap quality and rolls that take too long to pack when orders are going out.
Our fully automatic roll packing machine wraps fabric rolls in stretch film or poly film with no manual wrapping and no dedicated operator. Once the parameters are set, the machine runs independently. You get a tight, uniform wrap on every roll at 100 to 120 rolls per hour. Packing labour at this stage comes down to zero.

Fabric preparation machines sit before or after the inspection step depending on the process. We manufacture fabric preparation equipment for both woven and knit fabrics.
Our woven fabric preparation range covers machinery used in the preparation stage before inspection. This includes fabric batching machines, stitching and joining machines, fabric cleaning machines and brushing machines. Woven cotton mills in Bandung and Surabaya use these machines to prepare fabric from the loom before it goes on to the inspection line.
This is a separate product segment that we offer in collaboration with TEXMA, Italy. The range is focused specifically on the preparation and handling of knitted fabrics. It includes batch preparation machines, fabric opening machines and stitching and joining machines for tubular knits and open width knit fabrics. We supply complete turnkey solutions for fabric inspection and packing departments. The full fabric roll handling line includes the fabric inspection machine, the roll packing machine, roll handling and sorting systems and control software. All equipment is designed to connect and work together as a single integrated system.
The packing machine connects directly to the fabric inspection machine as part of an online integrated line. Once the fabric roll comes off the inspection machine, it moves into the packing machine. The packing machine wraps the roll and the finished wrapped roll exits the line. The whole sequence runs with minimum manual handling between steps.

We make machines for both woven and knit fabrics. For woven fabrics, that includes cotton shirting, poplin, twill, gabardine, denim and canvas. Roll weight capacity goes up to 300 kg with tensionless fabric feeding. For knit fabrics including tubular knits, open width knits, single jersey, interlock, fleece, elastic, lycra and bi-stretch, we use a low tension path that keeps the fabric from stretching out of shape on the roll. Both types are available with motorised drive, variable speed, edge sensor and metre counter.
The 4 point system is the standard defect grading method required by most international garment buyers including H&M, Primark, Gap and Zara. Each defect in the fabric gets a penalty point based on its size. Rolls are accepted or rejected based on total points per 100 metres of fabric. Our machines have a built in 4 point counter. If your buyer asks for a 4 point inspection report, our machine produces the data you need for it.
Once you confirm the order, we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading. Goods are shipped from Mumbai port. Textile machinery for Indonesia typically falls under HS Code 8445 or 8449. Most of our Indonesia buyers use a local freight forwarder in Jakarta or Surabaya to handle customs clearance at their end.
